Law Firm Intake Specialist

About the Role
Martin IP Law Group is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to be the first voice people hear when they contact us. You'll answer inbound calls from prospective clients, learn what they're trying to protect, screen for fit, and keep our attorney's consultation calendar running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Learn about each prospect's needs and gather key details about their matter
• Screen inquiries to see if they're a fit for the firm
• Schedule and manage attorney consultations
• Follow up with prospects so no opportunity falls through the cracks

• You communicate exceptionally well — in writing, on the phone, and face-to-face
• You have a track record of success in sales (any kind counts)
• You're actively interested in building a career in sales and client development
• You pick up new skills quickly and enjoy the process
• You have experience in phone-based or high-ticket sales

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Previous legal experience highly valued

Compensation

$18 - $24 hourly
