How soon is the posting visible?
Right away.
LawFirmHires publishes the opening the moment payment goes through; nothing sits in an approval queue.
How many days does a listing run?
Thirty days, counted from the purchase date.
Hire before then and we'll remove it as soon as you let us know.
Does a single posting renew on its own?
Not for a single listing: you pay once, it never renews, and there is nothing to sign.
The slot plans for firms with several openings are monthly, can be cancelled whenever you like, and keep your postings up until the paid month ends.
What is a slot?
Each slot holds one posting.
With 10 slots, as many as 10 of your openings can be up at once, for any role at any office.
Once a seat is filled, put a different opening in that slot, as many times as you need, for no added charge.
Postings in a slot don't expire for as long as the plan is active.
Is there a minimum term on a plan?
No. Cancel whenever you choose; there is no contract.
Postings stay up through the month you've already paid for.
A Founding Partner rate holds for 24 months while the plan remains active, and a firm that cancels and later comes back pays the pricing in effect at that time.
Can I advertise an attorney and a paralegal in one posting?
Use a separate posting for each role.
Attorneys and staff search different role pages, so an associate opening and a paralegal opening each need their own listing to be seen by the right people.
A hybrid seat, such as a legal assistant who also handles intake, belongs under the duty that fills most of the day.
Which payment methods work?
Payment runs through Stripe and takes the major credit and debit cards.
Card numbers go to Stripe only; they never reach or stay on our systems.
What if the posting needs a change after it's published?
Tell support what should change and we'll make the edit on the live posting for you.
Can I get my money back?
A charge made twice or in error is returned in full every time.
Other refunds have a short window because postings are published instantly; the Refund Policy spells out the terms.
