Experienced Legal Assistant Positions in Orange County!

Job Summary

Award-winning legal teams in O.C. seek new legal assistants and paralegals with strong experience. Positions are available in employment litigation, insurance defense, business litigation, personal injury law and product liability.

*Estate planning positions are also available.

Duties for Litigation roles

• Assist attorneys with civil litigation case lifecycle, including case preparation, discovery, and occasional trial preparation support
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege during document review process

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with civil litigation
• Paralegal certificate is a plus, while B & P Code satisfaction will be considered
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and/or LexisNexis preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence
• Effective client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
