Senior Associate Attorney

Boutique Trial and Litigation Employment Firm Southern California Labor Law Group is looking for an experienced employment Senior litigation attorney. Must have experience in all matters of litigation relating to FEHA claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and whistleblower retaliation.

Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in employment litigation. Position requires excellent law / motion writing and taking/defending depositions, extensive discovery experience, and building cases for trial. Compensation and benefits are negotiable and will be determined dependent upon experience.
