Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Emroch & Kilduff, PLLC: Established in 1970, our firm seeks an experienced plaintiff's personal injury paralegal to manage a litigation caseload including medical malpractice, automobile, and product liability cases. This position is based in our Richmond VA location, conveniently located near major interstate highways.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, including drafting complaints, drafting objections and answers to discovery, scheduling trials, hearings and depositions, assisting with preparation of expert designations, reviewing, and compiling medical bills and records for special damages packages and subpoenaed records, managing all litigation deadlines and trial preparation.

Experience with Microsoft Office and case management programs is required. Knowledge of state, federal and appellate court systems is a must. The candidate must be organized, able to work independently and able to manage a full case load in a busy office setting. Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience, with litigation experience preferred. Salary: $60,000-$80,000 plus performance-based bonus.
