Personal Injury Case Manager

Overview
Our law firm is seeking a bilingual and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing cases effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills in addition to maintaining a positive attitude with professionalism and integrity, the ideal candidate aligns with our firm’s fundamental principles of compassion, accountability, proactive problem-solving, service orientation, and unwavering honesty in all interactions. Experience is preferred.

Duties

• Manage and oversee case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Managing all medical treatment and communicating with clients
• Communicating with insurance companies
• Setting up insurance claims
• Clearing liability
• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to maintain client records.
• Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cases are handled in a timely manner.
• Draft correspondence and review demands

Requirements

• Bilingual is required
• Experience in case management or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
