Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys with discovery, pleadings, trial preparation, and other litigation-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience
• At least 3 years of relevant paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and California state court rules and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to identify potential issues or conflicts and address them professionally and effectively
• Ability to investigate, document, and resolve issues in a timely manner
