Litigation Paralegal

The ideal applicant will have experience working in an insurance defense firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, along with expertise in e-filing and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Strong communication and time management skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, including researching entities and their registered agents, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation by creating trial and mediation notebooks, handle any legal research including research of entities and their registered agents, etc.; assist attorneys in trial preparation (create Trial/Mediation notebooks, etc.).
