About Us
The KazaryanLaw Firm, P.C. is a small, dedicated immigration law practice helping individuals and families with deportation defense and family-based immigration. We are looking for two detail-oriented, compassionate legal assistants (an Armenian speaker and a Spanish speaker) to join our team to provide high-quality representation to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file family-based petitions and applications, including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-601/I-601A, I-751, and N-400, NVC and Embassy processing.
• Track USCIS deadlines, and case status updates
• Communicate with clients to gather documents, explain next steps, and provide case updates
• Maintain accurate, organized case files in our case management system Cerenade
• Use USCIS online filing systems

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in an immigration law office
• Familiarity with USCIS forms, filing procedures, and Immigration Court practice
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism, empathy, and discretion when working with clients in difficult situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bilingual Spanish/English and Armenian/Engllish

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
