The Role
We're looking for an experienced paralegal to lead our probate practice area. You'll oversee and lead the day-to-day flow of decedent matters, keep cases moving, and make sure every family is feeling supported from first call to final distribution. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who wants to build expertise, improve the value they create, and take pride in their career.

This role is primarily in-office, as we work closely as a team. Hybrid opportunities are available once you're established.

What You'll Do

• Manage probate and estate administration matters from opening through closing
• Oversee and Prepare and file court documents, inventories, accountings, and notices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them with patience and clarity
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support families in the process
• Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and outside professionals
• Follow and help refine our process to deliver a consistent, excellent client experience
• Help train and support team members within the probate area

What We're Looking For

• Probate or estate administration paralegal experience (Illinois probate strongly preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters at once
• Warm, steady communicator who's comfortable working with grieving families
• A team player who values process and wants to lead by example
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
