Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Estate Planning/Trust Administration/Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team. In this vital role, you will support estate planning, trust administration, handle with autonomy real estate transactions from start to finish. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of legal processes, accurate document management, and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Drafting with accuracy and clarity and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Support trust administration by preparing fiduciary accountings, managing beneficiary communications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage case files using document management systems like Smokeball; perform data entry and maintain meticulous records.
• Coordinate client interviews and gather necessary information to facilitate estate planning and trust administration processes.
• Support attorneys with project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently while handling confidential information responsibly.

Experience

• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience supporting estate planning, trust administration, and real estate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and proofreading abilities.

Pay: $54,500.00 - $65,800.00 per year
