Our immigration practice serves individuals and families, many from the Haitian and wider immigrant community, with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. We are hiring an experienced Immigration Paralegal. You choose your home office, Orlando or West Palm Beach. You will own cases from intake to approval, work directly with clients and the attorney, and keep every deadline on track. What you will do - Prepare and file family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, employment authorization, travel documents, TPS, parole, and humanitarian applications. - Support removal defense: EOIR filings, motions, hearing prep, evidence and exhibit packets, declarations, and country-conditions research. - Draft forms, cover letters, affidavits, and supporting documents. Respond to Requests for Evidence. - Gather documents and information from clients, and be their main point of contact for updates. - Track USCIS, EOIR, and court deadlines and hearing dates in our case management system. - Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and court hearings with the attorney. - Keep files organized and compliant with firm procedures. What you bring - 3+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal (required). - Hands-on experience with USCIS forms and online filing. EOIR or removal defense experience is strongly preferred. - Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organization and follow-through on many cases at once. - Comfort with case management software (we use Clio) and Microsoft Office. - A professional, client-centered approach. - Haitian Creole, French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a strong plus, not required. Schedule and pay - Full time, in person, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Orlando or West Palm Beach office. - $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.
