We are seeking a dynamic and EXPERIENCED detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal & Case Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish/English) to join our dedicated legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support across various immigration law cases, ensuring smooth case management and effective communication with clients. Your expertise will help facilitate successful immigration processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and client service. Duties

• We are a fast-growing immigration law firm focused on:
• Asylum (USCIS & Immigration Court)
• Detention & Bond Hearings
• Motions to Reopen
• Appeals
• EB-2 / EB-3 Employment-Based Visas
• Family-Based Petitions
• Complex Removal Defense

This is not an entry-level position.

Immigration Case Knowledge

• Understand asylum (USCIS & court-based)
• Experience filing through ECAS
• Familiar with EOIR court procedures
• Understand bond motions & master hearings
• Ability to collect proper documentation

Case Support

• Draft basic forms (I-589, I-130, I-485 preferred)
• Prepare filing packets
• Assist with court submissions
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Maintain CRM accuracy

Qualifications: Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in immigration law; litigation experience a plus. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective client communication and documentation. Minimum 2+ years immigration law experience.

Compensation

• $600 weekly base salary to start, review after 3 months
