Friedman Law Firm, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in the legal field.

Position: Paralegal – Entry Level
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Language Requirement: Spanish and English

Availability

Candidates should be available to work the following schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with day-to-day case management
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking clients regarding their cases
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and legal documents
• Draft basic correspondence, forms, and other case-related documents
• Assist with filing and submitting documents
• Track important case deadlines and appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes
• Provide general administrative and legal support as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• No prior paralegal experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Must be available for the required work schedule listed above
