
Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Cyber Law Paralegal / Researcher to support a proposal we are bidding on for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. There are 2 anticipated openings.
Support cyber legal research, digital evidence litigation preparation, legal knowledge resources, and project tracking for DC3 legal personnel.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI. Candidates must meet this clearance requirement for the assignment; clearance status will be verified.
Required Qualifications
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
· At least 3 years of litigation support or legal research experience.
· Experience researching and drafting cyber legal opinions, preparing Digital Forensic Examiners (DFEs) for trial, managing legal information portals, and coordinating mock-trial cross-examination exercises.
· Experience developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for legal projects and managing legal ticketing systems.
· Experience preparing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or Privacy Act responses.
Desired Qualifications
· Experience within DoD, military justice, or cyberspace law.
Key Responsibilities
· Research legal issues and prepare draft materials for Government legal review.
· Support DFE trial preparation, mock trials, and digital evidence training.
· Maintain legal portals, customer requests, project milestones, and FOIA or Privacy Act response materials.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on experience and contract requirements and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
