Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist

Demidchik Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, professional Legal Intake Specialist for our Arizona office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake interviews.
• Collect, review, and organize client information and documentation.
• Enter client data accurately into the firm’s case management system.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth intake and onboarding.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Follow up with clients as needed to gather additional information.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish OR Mandarin is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Prior experience in legal intake, client services, or a law firm environment preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage sensitive information.

Hours & Compensation:

• Salary range: $90,000 – $150,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based bonuses available.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
