PI Intake Specialist

Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix (Biltmore area). The firm focuses on car accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 1 full-time intake representative.

Compensation:

• $50,000 + benefits

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement

Responsibilities:

• Answer intake calls from prospective clients, qualify those individuals to determine if the law firm will sign the individual as a client, send those qualified individuals a fee agreement to sign, and schedule those individuals to meet with an attorney.
• Conduct in-person intakes at the law firm.

Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
• Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Effective planning and execution ability
