Role Description

This is a full-cycle litigation role at a plaintiff personal injury firm that is growing intentionally and investing in the people who grow with it. You'll carry your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters from investigation through resolution, with real support behind you every step of the way.

At Foster Wallace, attorneys don't do it alone. You'll be backed by experienced paralegals, case manager, medical records specialist, and intake team, plus technology built to move cases forward efficiently. Our Partners are closely involved in every case, which means you'll work hand in hand with experienced trial attorneys, not just alongside them from a distance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar licensure in Missouri; Kansas licensure or the ability to obtain it promptly is strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience; personal injury plaintiff experience is preferred
• Comfortable managing an active docket independently from pre-litigation through trial
• Trial experience is a plus
• Client-focused; our clients are going through something hard and the attorneys who thrive here are the ones who take that seriously
• Self-directed and proactive; you take ownership of your cases and don't wait to be told what needs attention
