Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense & Commercial Litigation (3–5 Years)

HD Law Partners is hiring a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience for our Tampa office. We are building a dedicated carrier-defense practice, INSDEF (insdef.com), while also growing our business, commercial, and construction litigation work. We want an attorney who wants to grow with both.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities

Strongly preferred:

• Carrier-side insurance defense experience representing insurers in litigation
• Prior experience as staff counsel or as an insurance claims adjuster. You already understand what carriers expect from defense counsel.

Also valuable:

• Construction, commercial, business, or general civil litigation experience
• An interest in practicing beyond a single niche and helping build a growing team

Pay: $62,900.00 - $75,900.00 per year
