Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Civil Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents and advise clients on legal matters related to civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on all matters related to civil litigation
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Contract, Real Property, Personal Injury, Consumer and/or Employment law.
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
