Workers' Compensation Attorney

We are growing and seeking several experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to work alongside established and experienced teams in our Atlanta office! Candidates must have:

· J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School

· Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

· At minimum, 1 year of worker's compensation defense law experience

Candidates should have:

· Strong writing and speaking skills

· Proven ability to manage complex cases

· Outstanding analytical skills

· Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
