Trial Attorney

We are seeking an attorney to assist with a personal injury trial in San Mateo County/ San Francisco/ Bay Area. This is an immediate opportunity to work alongside an experienced trial attorney in preparing for and trying the case.
The ideal candidate is located in or reasonably close to San Mateo County, has a positive attitude, and is willing to step in wherever needed as part of the trial team.
Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with depositions and trial preparation in the weeks leading up to trial
• Preparing and completing trial documents and exhibits.
• Attend hearings

We are open to attorneys with varying levels of experience. More important than a specific number of years in practice is a willingness to learn, contribute, and be a dependable and supportive member of the team.
While this position is initially focused on assisting with a specific case, there is potential for a full-time associate position with our firm. We are currently looking to add another associate and would be open to discussing a permanent opportunity with the right candidate including remote work.
Our immediate priority, however, is finding a qualified attorney who can begin assisting with our current case.

Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
