Settlement Negotiator

Job Summary

I have partnered with a prominent personal injury law firm in Burbank, CA that is seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Settlement Negotiator to join their team. In this role, you will work close with attorney to move on various cases and will be responsible for providing the best possible settlement for clients. Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters (by phone and in writing)
• Prepare demand letters and comprehensive demand packages
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
• Strong settlement negotiation and written communication skills
• Attorney candidates should be interested in an in-office role with minimal litigation responsibilities

Requirements

• Must have prior experience as a settlement negotiator.
• Must have prior experience within a personal injury law firm.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
