The Moster Law Firm, P.C. seeks an accomplished senior litigation attorney to serve as the firm’s representative in Midland/Odessa. This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who wants substantial responsibility, meaningful courtroom work, and a prominent role in a rapidly growing Texas firm. Based in our beautiful Claydesta office, you will lead the handling of our Midland/Odessa cases while contributing to matters across our Dallas, Houston, and Austin offices. Our statewide practice focuses on residential and commercial construction disputes, together with commercial litigation. For 16 years, The Moster Law Firm has represented clients throughout Texas. Our founder, Charles Moster, is a nationally recognized attorney with 41 years of legal experience.

The opportunity

We are looking for an attorney who can take leadership of cases, exercise sound judgment, and represent the firm with confidence—in the courtroom, with clients, and throughout the West Texas community.Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our Midland/Odessa litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Developing case strategy and preparing persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Building strong client relationships through clear advice and responsive communication.
• Handling additional matters for our Dallas, Houston, and Austin offices.

What you bring

• Substantial litigation experience, including motions, contested hearings, and trials.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical ability, and courtroom advocacy.
• The ability to manage a demanding caseload independently and collaborate with attorneys across offices.
• Professional judgment, initiative, and a strong commitment to client service.
• An active Texas law license in good standing.

Construction and commercial litigation experience are particularly valuable.Your primary work location will be Midland/Odessa. Willingness to travel for hearings and other proceedings across our Texas offices is essential.Why join us?

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
