In this role you will be the key driver in leading efforts to source, attract and place top-tier partner candidates who align with our firm's culture and strategic growth plans. A Day in the Life

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral partner hiring, developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives to identify, engage, and attract top legal talent. Partner closely with firm leadership and attorneys to understand evolving hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines through targeted research, networking, referrals, social media, legal industry connections, and direct outreach. Collaborate with external search firms and recruiting partners to expand candidate reach while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
