About the Opportunity

The Company is a rapidly expanding, full-service law firm seeking an experienced Senior Business Litigation Attorneyto join its growing Irvine office. With a diverse practice spanning complex business litigation, real estate disputes, estate planning, personal injury, and family law, the firm provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses.

This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished litigator with 5–10 years of experience who enjoys managing sophisticated legal matters, developing litigation strategies, and building lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that values professional development, exceptional client service, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex business litigation matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, international disputes, cryptocurrency litigation, international arbitration, and trust and estate litigation involving business interests.
• Develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of a case from initial assessment through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, manage complex discovery, prepare legal briefs, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel on business transactions and assist with matters in other practice areas as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the firm's business development and growth initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and law clerks, providing guidance on legal research, case preparation, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5–10 years of experience handling complex business litigation matters.
• Experience with partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, international litigation, cryptocurrency disputes, international arbitration, and business-related trust and estate litigation.
• Extensive experience managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and developing litigation strategies.
• Strong courtroom presence with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters while effectively collaborating with other attorneys.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive approach to client service, case management, and business development.

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time position based in the Company's Irvine office. Following successful completion of the initial 90-day probationary period, employees are eligible to work remotely on Wednesdays.
