Job Summary

Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a entry level Recruiter who can help us recruit new attorneys to handle cases posted by our client law firms. Our culture is casual, open, and direct. This is not your typical talent acquisition role. The majority of your time is spent actively sourcing, calling and pitching Docketly to passive attorneys. You have to be comfortable makeing 70-80 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how we recruit new attorneys either through cold call (primary method), text, or email
• Learn how the business operates quickly, and be able to make calls frequently.
• Ability to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics
• Recruit new attorneys that are interested in contract/1099 employment opportunities with Docketly
• Daily stand-up meetings with the team

Qualifications:

• A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work in an environment which demands the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions Excellent verbal and written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Technical savviness
• Strong analytic capability - the ability to transform data into insight
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• 1-2 years of recruiting expereince

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
