Receptionist/Phone Operator

The law firm of Silverman Theologou LLP, with offices in the Washington, D.C., Richmond, VA, Los Angeles, CA, and Boca Raton, FL, metropolitan areas, is a creditors rights and business law firm focusing primarily on commercial and consumer collections.

STLLP's N. Bethesda office, located near the red line metro, seeks an efficient and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team!

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate must be polite, possess professional telephone etiquette, have great time management, and be able to handle a fast paced and sometimes stressful working environment. In addition, the candidate must be punctual and be willing to assist in other areas or departments. Good computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred. Excellent benefits. High volume call center experienced preferred.

Responsibilities include:

-Answering 16 line phone system. (High call volume)

-Distributing faxes, scanning documents, and preparation of materials for monthly staff or client meetings

-Responsible for ordering and distributing supplies

-Daily upkeep of kitchen and conference rooms

-Small projects, as needed

-Other duties assigned

Schedule:

-Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a one-hour lunch break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
