We are seeking an Receptionist with an interest in and passion for immigration to work on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

• Answering Calls;
• Scheduling Appointments;
• Answering Basic Questions;
• Processing Client Payment;
• Processing Mail;
• Scanning, photocopying, and printing;
• Emailing and Calling Clients.

Job Requirements:

• Highschool graduate;
• Relevant Experience preferred;
• Must have competency in basic rules of grammar as necessary to draft correspondences to clients in a professional manner;
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
