We are a busy, established traffic law firm in Bakersfield, California, looking for a professional and dependable Intake Specialist to join our team.

As an Intake Specialist, you will often be the first point of contact for our clients. You will speak with people seeking legal assistance, gather information about their situation, and help determine how our firm can assist them. This position requires someone who is personable, professional, empathetic, and confident in communicating with others.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming calls and communicate with prospective clients
• Follow up with prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Work with attorneys and case specialists to gather important case information
• Communicate with court staff regarding case status
• Assist other members of the office as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in Punjabi and English
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong grammar and attention to detail
• Willingness to assist others and work as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
• Accurate data collection and entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
