NOW HIRING: Pre-Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $15–$30/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal with 2–10 years of experience to join our team.

If you’ve handled personal injury cases from intake through settlement and can draft strong settlement demands, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
- Manage cases from intake through settlement
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters
- Order and review medical records and bills
- Draft settlement demand letters and packages
- Keep cases organized and moving

What we need:
- Personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Experience drafting demands required
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload

Compensation ranges from $15 to $30/hour based on experience.
