We're looking for a motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and help resolve claims efficiently and fairly before they reach the courtroom.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation
• Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage to assess case value
• Draft demand letters and build compelling settlement packages
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to reach favorable resolutions
• Review and analyze medical records, bills, and liens, and negotiate lien reductions
• Communicate regularly with clients about case status, strategy, and settlement options
• Supervise and work closely with case managers and paralegals
• Identify cases that need litigation and coordinate a smooth handoff to the litigation team

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing
• 1–3 years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or pre-litigation claims
• Strong negotiation and persuasive writing skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Excellent client communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
• Proficiency with case management Litify, a plus
• Bilingual in [English/Spanish], a plus
