Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We are a well-established and successful personal injury law firm located in the Crossroads District of downtown Kansas City, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support our pre-litigation practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position includes tasks including:

• Client intake and communication
• Drafting and sending medical records and billing requests, drafting preservation letters and obtaining police reports and cell phone records
• Demand preparation
• Communicating with insurance claims representatives
• Ability to multitask and being detail oriented

Qualified candidates should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Experience in civil litigation—particularly personal injury—preferred but not required.

Bachelor’s or associates degree is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
