Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including case intake, investigation, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools to support case strategies
• Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent information for case development
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in personal injury claims
• Maintain organized schedules for court deadlines, depositions, and hearings while providing executive administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience supporting personal injury law cases or related civil litigation support
• Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal research techniques, and case management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with legal-specific software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, PCLaw, and iManage
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with legal teams
• Experience with document review, legal drafting, proofreading, and data entry processes
• Familiarity with confidentiality protocols and handling sensitive information professionally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $54,598.21 - $85,752.68 per year
