Job Details Our established Arizona law firm is seeking a motivated, compassionate, experienced, and highly organized individual to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with plaintiff personal injury matters and taking ownership in the day-to-day management of cases, as well as providing assistance to the Firm's attorneys.

Qualified candidates should be experienced in the following: Managing personal injury claims from opening the file and sending out initial letters of representation through calendaring deadlines, ordering and following up on medical records, searching for liens, etc. Communicating with clients, adjusters and attorneys; Handling phone calls, emails and texts as needed; Ordering, organizing and reviewing medical records; Reviewing and analyzing police reports; Performing other client-related tasks as needed.

The right candidate will take ownership over projects and possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Multitasking and effective prioritization are critical. Strong written and oral communication skills a must. We are a close team serving injured clients, so excellent teamwork, compassion, and strong client service skills are also a must.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

Three years experience in personal injury law firm is necessary. Education or work with an alternate firm type will be considered as a substitute.

Excellent computer knowledge, which includes proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clio.

High level of communication skills verbally and in writing; teamwork skills; a sense of humor; organization skills; interest in learning and the ability to recognize priority work and get it done quickly.

Experience in litigation is a plus but not necessary.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
