Personal Injury Legal Assistant

We are one of the oldest personal injury law firms in Central Florida consisting of 5 lawyers and support staff. We are seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant for immediate hire.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process, ensuring smooth and efficient case management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence.
• Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit coordination and witness preparation.
• Manage court filings and deadlines, ensuring compliance with local and federal rules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
