Personal Injury Case Manager

Position Overview

Alex Hanna Law, P.A. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Suit Department. In this role, you will work closely with personal injury attorneys and clients while managing cases from initial intake through settlement.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients and wants to grow within the personal injury legal field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury pre-suit cases from inception through settlement.
• Work closely with the assigned attorney to collect the documentation needed to prepare demands and finalize settlements.
• Open insurance claims with all applicable insurance carriers.
• Draft and send letters of representation to clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates regarding their cases.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to obtain coverage information and case updates.
• Review insurance policies, claims, and related records to determine available coverage under Florida law.
• Assist clients with medical-provider coordination and property-damage claims.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other supporting evidence.
• Assist with global and individual settlements under attorney supervision.
• Help prepare settlement disclosures and other required documentation.
• Assist with medical-bill negotiations and reductions.
• Draft correspondence, letters of protection, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files.
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and other case materials when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines.
• Professional and compassionate approach when assisting clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team.
• Previous personal injury or legal case-management experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
