Paralegal

Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Paralegal to join our team! This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position of 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal pleadings, for all stages of cases from the complaint to judgment, including trial documents
• Prepare documents using existing templates within our firm's file management program and in Essential Forms
• Schedule hearings and ensure proper filing and service of motions
• Communicate with vendors via e-mail and phone to obtain requested information
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company protocols
• Coordinate with different departments with the firm to ensure proper management of files

Experience

• 3 years minimum experience as a paralegal
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with court deadlines and local and state rules
• Attention to detail

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
