Position Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal with three to fifteen years of relevant experience. Candidates with exposure to first-party litigation, personal injury defense, construction defect or products liability matters will stand out.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys across active defense litigation matters
• Manage case files, deadlines and documentation
• Draft and prepare legal documents accurately
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar platforms
• Assist with discovery, document review and case organization
• Maintain structured records using document management systems
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, internal teams and external partners
