Paralegal

Job Requirements & Qualifications

· Paralegal experience in litigation and family law required.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and legal software.

· Work with high-net-worth clients and function as liaison between attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel and other parties.

· Familiarity with local, state, and federal filing procedures, courtroom procedures and rules.

· Perform legal research and drafting of initial pleadings.

· Oversee maintenance and organization of client files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
