Paralegal Pre Litigation -Personal Injury (2 years experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced pre Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, solid judgment and a commitment to providing high-quality legal assistance throughout the injury claim process.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys by preparing medical chronologies, medical bill summaries, and drafting settlement letters..
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, doctors, insurance companies and others to gather relevant information for cases.
• Organize and gather necessary supporting records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or paralegal certificate and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury processes and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal drafting with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
• Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
