Paralegal – Insurance Defense (Cincinnati, OH) Young & Alexander Co., L.P.A. – Established insurance defense firm $55,000 – $70,000 base salary | Full-time or Part-time considered | Immediate start

We are a profitable, stable, partner-owned insurance defense firm with offices in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team in our Cincinnati, OH office.

You will:

· Collect, review, and summarize medical records for defense cases

· Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

· Manage discovery tasks, including requests, responses, and e-discovery

· Perform other standard paralegal duties, such as research support, trial preparation, and client correspondence

· Work closely with attorneys on high-volume litigation files (premises liability, auto/trucking, subrogation, coverage)

· Work closely with clients

We need:

· 3–5 years of paralegal experience (Ohio preferred)

· Strong skills in medical records analysis and discovery management

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Paralegal certificate or degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

· $55,000 – $70,000 base salary, based on experience
