JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEFENDING YOUR FAMILY - REECE FAMILY LAW, LLC has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Paralegal for Family Law, Civil, Business, and Estate Planning in Joplin, MO. Prior paralegal experience preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Legal Duties - Direct Client Communications, Legal eFilings/Filings, Pleadings/Discovery, & Trial Preparations, Manage Scheduling of Attorneys’ Appointments
• General Office Duties: Process Mail, Fax Forms, Copy Documents, Welcome Clients & Guests, Answer Telephones & Process Messages, Etc.
• Work with Experienced Attorneys on Family Law Cases
• Type 50+ WPM
• Excellent Communication, Grammar, & Spelling Skills Required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs Required
• High School Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred
• Centerbase Experience a Plus
