Paralegal / Legal Assistant

A Chicago law firm is looking for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid law firm experience who is professional, organized, and looking for a stable long-term position.

What you’ll do:

• Support attorneys with day-to-day legal work
• Prepare and organize legal documents
• Maintain case files and records
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and client communication
• Provide general administrative and legal support

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Good attention to detail
• Stable employment history
• Experience in commercial or civil law is a plus, but not required
