In our team-like atmosphere, you are sure to find a culture of collegiality, mutual support, and encouragement.We offer a full package of benefits including a 401(k) match and health insurance and company covered STD, LTD, AD&D and parental leave.Regular training and professional development opportunities.Earn 80 hours of PTO in your first 12 months then jump to 120 hours of PTO in the following year.The Harris Law Firm is an equal-opportunity employer.RTD Echo PassesWhat does our Paralegal do?Our paralegals perform a variety of functions in support of the Firm’s family law attorneys and retained clients.· Draft, read, and interpret sworn financial statements· Review client financial documents for legal proceedings· Draft, proofread, and review pleadings· In consult with attorney, schedule hearings, conferences, mediations· Prepare and submit court filings accurately and timely· Communicate with clients, answer questions, request information and provide support as needed· Ensure accuracy in billing, time entry, calendaring, and file management (electronic and paper)· Prepare discovery and trial exhibits· Maintain current knowledge of Colorado courts and local jurisdictions· Calculate accurate deadlines and docket them using electronic calendaring systems
