No Fault Experienced Legal Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented No-Fault experienced Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a high-volume environment. This role involves working closely with attorneys and other legal staff to manage files, handle client communications, and ensure smooth case progression through the settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle case intake and gather initial documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other personnel as needed.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and billing assistance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a personal injury or litigation law firm required.
• Previous experience in No-Fault process required.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, insurances and document formatting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Clio, or similar)
• Bilingual (fluent in both English/Spanish) - required.
