Job Summary

Duties

• Assist attorneys
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and filings with precision and confidentiality
• Support client communication by interpreting and translating legal information accurately in Punjabi and Hindi or Urdu.
• Manage legal administrative tasks including filing, document management, scheduling, and maintaining case files
• Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases.
• Coordinate with courts and agencies to ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with procedural law requirements
• Assist in preparing for hearings or meetings by organizing case materials and supporting litigation efforts in civil or commercial litigation

Requirements

• Fluency in Punjabi,Hindi or Urdu.
