Litigation Paralegal

We are a well-established and successful personal injury law firm located in the Crossroads District of downtown Kansas City, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position provides the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all aspects of personal injury cases, including:

• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, deposition outlines and e-filing.
• Coordinating case documentation, including medical records and exhibits.
• Communicating with clients and scheduling depositions.
• Assisting with trial preparation and providing in-court support during jury trials.
• Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case files.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Experience in civil litigation—particularly personal injury—preferred but not required.

Bachelor’s or Associate's degree is required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
