· Investigate and develop cases, including gathering photographs, video, witness information, and the technical records central to aviation and products cases, such as maintenance records and product documentation.
· Identify, retain, and coordinate experts, consultants, and investigators, and manage expert materials.
· Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses for attorney review.
· Review, organize, and summarize document productions and other discovery materials.
· Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials, including exhibits, witness files, deposition summaries, trial binders, and demonstratives.
· Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, discovery obligations, and case-management systems.
· Serve as a professional, discreet point of contact for clients and families, opposing counsel, medical providers, insurers, experts, and court personnel.
· Support other complex litigation as needed, including mass tort and class action matters.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
· Significant plaintiff-side experience with products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, aviation, or other complex civil litigation strongly preferred.

· Experience reviewing and organizing medical records and preparing medical and damages summaries.
· Ability to organize and understand complex factual and technical information.
· Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at once.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with clients and families in difficult circumstances.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and other members of the litigation team.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Experience with case-management, document-management, and electronic discovery platforms preferred.
· Spanish proficiency a plus.
