✅ What We’re Looking For

We want a leader—someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to be a vital part of our team. Your job will be to help push cases forward, support our attorneys, and ensure our clients get top-tier service every step of the way.

✅ Your Responsibilities

• Be the direct line to clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties
• Review and analyze medical records for case development
• Bring a team-first, can-do attitude to everything you do
• Maintain organized and complete digital case files
• Support attorneys with daily case management and follow-ups
• Calendar critical deadlines and court dates—never miss a beat
• Draft PI complaints, discovery requests/responses, and motions
• File court pleadings with precision and all required attachments
• Draft subpoenas and coordinate service of process
• Help gather and produce documents for litigation and discovery
• Respond to agency claims, subpoenas, and litigation demands
• Stay on top of communications, exhibits, and internal templates
• Assist with investigations, interviews, and special legal projects

✅ What You Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) (let us know if you can not not a make or break)
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Incredible attention to detail and an upbeat, client-first mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong multitasking ability—able to handle a high-volume caseload
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• 75+ WPM typing speed preferred
• Positive, proactive, and ready to grow with us
